SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. We only process and ship orders Monday-Friday. 

All domestic shipping costs start at $4.75 and vary depending on the weight of your order. If you spend $35 or more you'll receive FREE SHIPPING! (Domestic orders only)​

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Customers will be responsible for ALL custom fees. Please communicate with delivery provider if you haven't received your item on the delivery date. Contact Rayella Beauty if your package isn't able to be located. 

returns

All sales are final. Rayella Beauty doesn't accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds. If a mistake is made with your order please contact us and the correct item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. If a package is sent back to us because a customer provided the wrong shipping address, unfortunately, the customer has to pay for shipping again in order for them to receive the package. If you receive a damaged item, feel free to send us a picture of the item within 10 days of receiving it and we'll send you a new item (contact me by clicking the "contact" tab)
